La Banda Ramirez -- Salsa and Latin jazz quintet. Upbeat, cheerful, soulful. Tunes from Cuban classics, Fania All-Stars, Eddie Palmieri, Ray Barretto, Humberto Ramirez, Irakere.
We play for parties, galas, fundraisers, weddings, receptions, clubs, restaurants, schools, concerts and festivals.
Regular gig: La Banda Ramirez plays each month on the 1st and 3rd Sunday (9 pm to 1 am), at Paris Blues Harlem, 2021 Adam Clayton Powell Blvd (Seventh Ave. @ 121st)
