I graduated from the  Culinary Institute of America with my AOS.degree in baking science and my AOS. degree in food. Then I travel around the country for 9 years working in Hotels and Resorts were I found my passion for frozen desserts. I then came back to hometown to open a gourmet Ice Cream shop on wheels. Sweet Central Express offer 6 flavors of Homemade Frozen Custard & 6 flavors of Homemade Italian Ice. All are made by hand, using all-natural ingredients.
