I classify my work under the Genre "Intrespective Art". I started painting in 2004 with no formal training.
What I have noticed with my Art is that people of all walks of life andPeople who speak different languages, live other places, and at any time period(present and future) can find value in gazing into the color on paper ( My Art) and find themselves with a head full of thoughts and sensations...Memories of thier lives pulled forward and shared with the paintings catalyst to set this all in motion. Noticing the spark and the sparkle in thier eyes as they interpret thier experience and willingly and freely share thier thoughts open and without reservation. Allowing the mind to draw from the past and bring those distant memories and experiences back to the present moment.
All that I create is under a pretext of a simple concept inspered by Geddy Lee of "the Band" Rush...."Gift beyond Price... Almost Free"
My Art translates well in Original works of Art and in print form is equally vivid and compelling. Allowing for greater flexability in ownership of my work. I believe that anyone of the characters in Star Wars "the Movie" could find just as much relevence to my Art. If I ever meet any of them...I will ask.
