Thank You for allowing us the opportunity to share some information about us. Our name is “Favorite Fun Foods” and we are a Family Run Concession Business. 2010 is the sixth season as a Concessionaire and the second season as “Favorite Fun Foods”.We have a combined 28 years of business ownership and of those 28 years, 17 years are in the Food Industry and that’s just 2 of us. My oldest Daughter and her friend are in their 6th year of the Food Service Industry and my Son will have 4 years this year. As you can see we have an extensive amount of experience in Customer Service and the Food Industry.
Our equipment is all Commercial Grade and specifically designed to feed the largest crowds. Our Trailer is 8 foot wide by 16 foot long (20 foot with the hitch) with Hot and Cold running water and 2 large service windows. Inside we are a performance minded kitchen that has an 8 foot wide hood fan/grease extractor with 4 fryers underneath it. 2 of those fryers are High Volume, specifically designed, Shallow Funnel Cake fryers that are capable of frying as many as 10 Funnel Cakes at a time which puts us in a unique position to offer our Customers less time waiting in line and more time to spend at your event. The other 2 fryers are designed for fast recovery and are capable of frying almost anything. We possess 1 of only 2 Funnel Cake dispensers in Las Vegas that will dispense between 100 and 125 Funnel Cakes before a refill is necessary. The dispenser is more sanitary than pouring batter from a pitcher like most Vendors use. We have a full size Steam Table that keeps some of our offered food items piping hot. We have a 24 cubic foot Commercial Freezer and 24 cubic foot Commercial Refrigerator. In 2009 we installed our Sno Kone Machine and a brand new Popcorn Popper. If necessary, we have a generator capable of powering this entire setup on our own.
