Milo Matthews is a solo bassist whose style ranges from jazz to blues, rock, pop, funk and even folk. A drum pad, effects pedal and looping machine provide my own rhythm, bass line, keys and lead guitar creating a one man show as he performs originals as well as adding his unique flavor to cover songs. He has travelled extensively throughout the United States and Europe performing his music, all the while continually operating Lovelifemusic Productions in his mobile recording studio.
Milo was the opening act for the Las Vegas show, The Purple Reign Tribute, when it toured in Alaska this past February and was so well received that the star of the show wanted him to continue on their tour with them! Milo can play at any type of venue because he can play such a wide range of music! He tailors/adapts every show to his audience. Milo headlined the 7th Annual Arizona Balloon Classic (with over 8,000 in attendance) in Phoenix in January for the 2nd year and has already been asked back to headline once again in 2019. The UnifyFest and the Hot Springs Festival in New Mexico, Salmonfest in Alaska and the Homegrown Music Festival on Kauai, are just a couple of the festivals which he has headlined/played, and continues to be, a regular part of.
