This is Suzanne of Purple Rooster Booking representing a band referred to as a "Southern Wall of Sound."
This Blues infused rock-n-roll band of brothers and one sister has been bringing their brand of Stomp to the forefront since 2014 with the release of their first album, Chickasaw Lodge, creating a loyal fan base. On Record Stor Day of 2017 this ground of sound unleashed their second full length LP, Shine loaded with roots fueled originals.
Based on the strength of Chickasaw Lodge, Mississippi Stomp was named 2016 Best Rock Band. And, Shine awarded them the accolade of 2017 Best Roots Band. The group has shared the bill with Ricky Skaggs, Jimbo Mathus, Kansas, and the Cedric Burnside Project.
This soulful exploration will take you on a jangling train ride and then walk you through the haunting swamps of the muddy waters.
