Misty Sky Crafts is run by the husband and wife team of Holly and Isaac who share the designing and making of the earrings we offer. We are always on the hunt for unique, weird, colorful, and elegant beads to add to our collection. Our style is eclectic, ranging from elegant minimalist to colorful boho to kitschy just-for-fun. We use a variety of materials including glass, copper, brass, silver, gold plate, sterling silver, stone, bone, shell, and semi-precious gemstones. We make hypo-allergenic niobium earrings in a wide variety of styles to bring affordable choices to those who can't wear standard earrings.
Our journey started because Holly has very sensitive ears making traditional hypoallergenic options such as surgical steel and sterling silver unwearable. We had been making earrings for personal use but dreamed about sharing our love of jewelry through selling our creations and now our dream is coming true. Eventually we hope to offer customization on our designs and a fully niobium earring option for those who can't handle any other metal coming in contact with any part of the skin. We may also offer plastic ear hooks for those rare cases where even niobium won't do the trick.
