RCDK Suspended plate magnets are utilized for removing various ferrous contaminants from a flowing product stream.

They are those permanent magnets which are installed above the open conveyors to clear the ferrous objects and fines found in grains, feedstuffs, dry chemicals and other particulates. The metallic contaminants are usually pulled out by the suspended magnets.

Suspended plate magnets come in different sizes matching to the width of the belt. They are outfitted with eyebolts for handling the overhead suspension.  MAS Baiyun NCT -magnetic separators are newly developed strong wet magnetic separator for adjustment of magnetic mineral density in upstream and downstream operation stages of magnetic separation plants.

This magnetic separator is characterized by high recovery of strong magnetic minerals, large capacity and obvious thickening effect. Recovery of magnetic iron may reach above 99.5% and density may reach 50%~65% as feeding density is 20%~25%.
