Mr. Taylormade & the Taylormade Band are a group of super talented young guys, headed by Mark "Mr. Taylormade" Taylor, the grandson of the late Delta Blues legend Henry Dorsey better known as Po' Henry of the duo Po' Henry and Tookie. The band hails from Northeast Louisiana (Bastrop) and is comprised of between 4-8 multi-instrumentalists and vocalists, depending on the need of the venue/event/client. The band plays a variety of genres from RnB, Soul, Funk, Rock, Pop and Blues. Indeed, The Taylormade Band is known for their awesome covers, but also for their original material. All the band members' talents have afforded them the opportunity to play behind such international artists as Keke Wyatt, Kim Burrell, Ro James, TK Soul, Robert Finley, The Hawkins Family and many other well established artists. The Band is known for bringing a good vibe and are returning performers at other festivals such as the Red River Revel, the Ouachita RiverFest, the El Dorado Music Fest and most recently the Music Prize Fest.
