The National Cornbread Festival was an idea that came about from a group of local leaders and citizens concerned about the pride in their community and the long term future of South Pittsburg, TN. The National Corndbread Festival is an annual event the last weekend in April and features arts and craft vendors, food, beauty contests, classic car shows, historic tours, 5k Run, 7 stages of entertainment, family fun and of course plenty of cornbread for the 10's of thousands of visitors.
