I am starting my food vending business this year (2019). I offer a variety of authentic Mexican food. I specialize in Tamales and a hot winter drink that is called atole (it is like a thick hot chocolate). I also prepare tacos and burritos. I believe the thing that sets me apart from other vendors is, my salsas are made in different variety from mild to hot and never made from cans of frozen products. My drinks are made from scratch and never from frozen or artificial mixes. I make Horchata, Jamaica, and Tamarindo drinks.
