Hello world! My name is Chanel and I have a baking business called Nellie's Diamond Desserts. Now what sets me apart from the average baker is that I am catering to all types of dessert eaters like those that are diabetics, gluten intollerant, vegan, consumers trying to lose weight as well as vitamin infused desserts. Yes I make regular desserts too!! Cool I want to be the go-to gal when it comes to sweets!
