Nicole Bruno is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance (RYT 200) and completed her advance 300 hour yoga teacher training at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, AZ which included specializations in Life Coaching, Hypnotherapy, Restorative Yoga, Yoga for PTSD, 12-Step Yoga for Addiction Recovery and Yoga Nidra. She has also completed a Child Light Yoga basic level training for Kids Yoga. Nicole has a degree in Psychology and Social Work from Arizona State University. Nicole is a dedicated yoga teacher at the Yard Fitness in Gilbert, Yin Rising Yoga in Tempe, AZ, YOUFIT Gilbert, Encanterra Golf Club in San Tan Valley, InMotionAZ after-school kids yoga, Cancer Support Community in Phoenix, Spirit of Yoga in Tempe and occasionally subs at Zen Life Yoga in Queen Creek. Nicole's classes offer gentle and relaxing styles of yoga to the local community. Nicole also loves to combine the strength and fitness side of yoga as well by starting her yoga offerings at CrossFit Tempe.
Nicole also teaches from her heart by offering free community classes to children and adults at local community centers, shelters and low-income housing communities where she spreads and plants the seeds of knowledge and beauty that yoga can offer at such an early age to help children learn to self-regulate, control their emotions and learn to express themselves in a healthy and safe way.
Nicole loves helping people transform their lives for the better and thus transforming the world as a whole. She helps people find meaning and purpose in their lives when they struggle to reconnect with who they really are. Nicole is passionate about her work in the community which involves violence prevention, awareness, and program and community development to help at-risk populations believe in themselves in order to rise above their struggles in life and make the world a better and safer place to live in.
Nicole also likes making crafts and buying home-made crafts and unique goods. She loves attending festivals, fairs and craft shops.
