Nika Barnard is the chef behind Nika Bee's. She has been in the Restaurant business for over 20 years and worked her way up from host to head chef and is now putting her skills into her own dreams. She grew up immersed in a life of family, food, and health, giving way to the concept of healthy family favorite meals. Her nickname growing up was Nika Bee, and this kitchen is her tribute to family love and healthy food… A way to bring back nutrition into everyday life, bringing the foods we love without all the fillers and extras.
She caters to all styles and diets because she believes that whole foods, from reputable sources are the key to good health. Therefore, there are different menu choices. She believes in providing options for everyone and showing the world what true nutrition is, in a variety of delicious ways.
Rainbow Garden Café is the fully plant-based side of the restaurant. Her parents owned the first big health food store and Restaurant in Las Vegas called Rainbows End, and she was raised health-conscious and vegan for most of her life. This gave her a gift of understanding vegan food and helped pave her way to becoming a reputable vegan chef. Nika has been the chef of two vegan restaurants in Vegas and works as a private retreat chef specializing in organic vegan cuisine.
