Nippersink Creek Honey Company produces raw, unprocessed honey from bees doing what they do best in Southern Wisconsin. We try to overwinter bees the best we can and bring in new packages of bees in early spring to replace our losses. If we are successful at helping the honey bees bring in nectar and pollen, we will then have enough honey to share with those that appreciate the benefits of having good tasting healthy honey on the table.
