Getting Started

Well, I have finally decided to do it. I have finally settled on starting a "little hobby" that I hope will be fun and entertaining. First a little about myself. I am 45 YOA, married for over 26 years and the children are all out of the house "Hoo Rah!" I always wondered what I wanted to do after they left and so I have settled on peddling food at craft shows and festivals. Think about it; I get to cook what I enjoy and go to all the festivals I have always wanted. Not too shabby if you ask me. Where Am I? After trying many things from chocolate covered bacon to Rocky Mountain Oysters, I have settled on Scotch Eggs. I personally love these and so far have yet to meet someone who doesn't feel the same way. Just today I have joined this site and plan on getting great information concerning events. After the holidays, I will get an E-Z Up and some tables to use as my first home for my "hobby." I will also begin making plans to attend my first festivals starting Spring 2016.
