We are a brand new, small business and local Gourmet Hot Sauce Manufacturers in NJ. We manufacture our hot sauce in small quantities using only the freshest ingredients. We do not use any artificial preservatives. We let the natural preservatives such as vinegar, lemon and salt do their best work. We currently use Habanero and Jamaican peppers as main ingredients. With every bottle we make it is very personal to us and truly our labor of love. From beginning to end the sauce is hand-made and also bottled by hand, giving it that personal touch. We Know that every bottle that you try, you are going to love it and you will want more.
