2022 is the 40th year!
The Old Wethersfield Arts Fair (OWAF) is a Wethersfield tradition. Set in a convenient location with beautiful New England scenery overlooking the water, Cove Park, has lawn parking for vendors and the huge DMV parking lot for patrons.
In 2021, over 80 vendors from different areas of New England featuring hand-made crafts, and art enjoyed a perfect autumn day with ~2400 attendees. Specialties included: authors, artists with their paintings (taking consignments), pottery, jewelry, floral designs, fashion, beadwork, stain glass, recycled metalwork, and more! Local entertainment, alpacas and pumpkin art added interest for youth. And, from coffee to ice cream with fudge and pizza, munchies were satisfied. Plus, this is a Juried Show.
A donation at the gate supports the Wethersfield Historical Society. Children under 12 are FREE. The Park welcomes well-behaved, leashed dogs .. costumes optional.
