Off the road events is a open air market located at the Westminster Mall outside next to the JCPenny parking lot. WE ARE a space for makers, creators, musicians and collectors to spend some time selling, shopping and hanging out. Enjoy lots of handmade items ranging from handmade soaps to upcycled goods while listening to some music and enjoying street flavors from local food trucks. Hours for the event are 10am to 4pm every third Sunday of the month.
