Ohana Smoothies is a family affair to offset the cost of youth sports. We welcome participation in fund raising events especially at sports tournaments, gyms and sports complexes.
Every athlete knows it is important to hydrate, replenish carbohydrates and protein after a good workout. It is especially important during tournament play as a meal alternative.
We use fresh fruit purees, fuzions and fruit. All of our smoothies are non-dairy with no added sugar or fat. All of our shaved ice has fruit toppings and not sugar water.
