Olive Tree Specialties, LLC is new to the festival circuit, we specialize in delicious and beautifully packaged pralines. We sifted through several recipes and did some of our own adjustments to find and create our delicious brand of pralines. We aim to please our customers and will prepare as requested with whole pecans, chopped pecans, or for the really sweet tooth, no pecans. Our praline pound cake is a delicious treat as well, great for breakfast with a hot cup of coffee.
