Our knives are designed and handcrafted by Lorenzo Lollis, using both local and exotic woods and recycled materials. We have everything from small cheese knives with cutting boards to match the knife handles, to larger pieces and swords for the knife enthusiast in us all. We also take custom orders for full Chef's Knife sets in both Stainless and Damascus Steels, as well as steak knives in sets of 4 to 8. The possibilities are endless!
