PHAIR brings an exciting, open-air market to the City of Philadelphia where local shoppers, art and food lovers, and visitors can mingle, buy, view, eat, and have fun outdoors. Previously located at 23rd & Arch Streets in Cneter City, PHAIR has relocated to Historic Headhouse Square at 2nd & Lombard Streets, neighboring the famous South Street.
