The Palmyra-Eagle Community Band, has grown over the years from four members in 1993 to nearly 40 currently. Members are of all ages from retirees (some of whom had not played their instruments since their school days) to college and middle school students--from communities in our area to as far away as Madison. Under the direction of “Mr. Ed” Pierce of Fort Atkinson, WI musical selections range from marches to polkas, from the 40's to show tunes and from familiar popular melodies to classical. Award winning vocal artist Kim “Kimbirdlee” Fadner is our featured vocalist. Also featured is our own Dixieland group, “The Kettle Moraine Blues."
