My name is Patricia Gomes. I was born on the island of Madeira, Portugal, At the age of 4 we immigrated to South Africa, where i spent most of my adult life, until 5 years ago. I met my American Husband in 2008, in Mauritius and we got married in March 2021
I had my own cleaning business, from 1994, primarily a cleaning business but with ancillary services to corporate South Africa. I employed 1500 people. Sold the business in 2015 as i knew i would be moving to the USA. Arriving here, to a new country and going through all the legalities' to get legal, took some time. I'm one of those who likes to do things properly.
I knew that i had to do something with my time, so i embarked on this upscale jewelry design and creation. I source the best products I can lay my hands on and have such fun creating beautiful pieces, even if i say so myself. I source my semi-precious stones from reliable sources and i also utilize both Gold- and Silver-plated components. Judging by my sales my creations have been well received. I have been privileged to attended numerous markets, the latest one's being Mule Camp in Gainesville, North Hall Christmas Market.
I don't have an online presence yet, as it's cumbersome to detail every piece i make, as i don't duplicate most of my creations. The lower price point pieces, which are high fashion goods, is however a different story, so because of the demand for these pieces i do make multiple pieces. It is still a goal of mine to have an online presence one day.
