I look forward to playing at your place! My songs are of a rootsy Americana sort. As much as anything else, I'm coming from a country blues place, but even people on the streets in Mississippi generally don't know what country blues is anymore. That's alright, because people like it when they hear it!
I quit my day job in Sept. 1997 and embarked on the long and winding road of being a full-time performer who writes and records his own songs. Leralee, my wife, joined me 21 years ago and we built a home base and artist residency space on 20 acres of off-grid land in Terlingua, TX near Big Bend National Park. Born and raised in coastal California, we eventually sold our desert hideaway and, after time overseas we're returning in 2026 to North American touring far and wide.
I have performed all over North America and in several countries in Europe. I've currently got thirteen full-length cds of my own songs, the first on a German label (Intuition) and the rest on my own. I've produced three other full-length cds for other artists. And I've got more albums of my own songs on the way.
