Pend Oreille Arts Council exists to facilitate and present the finest quality experiences in the arts for the people of northern Idaho.We have served the Sandpoint/Northern Idaho area since 1978. POAC has evolved into an organization known for our performing arts and visual arts programs, educational outreach activities and arts advocacy efforts.
