I'm a professional Chef with 16 years of experience. I finally decided to break out and do my own thing. I have experience in multiple types of cuisine. I'm very adaptable to the type of even I'm working. I believe in fresh ingredients, and even though I'm mobile and it posses more of a challenge, I do as much of everything from scratch as possible down to my burgers. Some places I have to use prefab food, but I try to stick to as fresh and from scratch as possible.
