Pop Pop's Wood Shop, Leicester, NC

Started in 2025, I transitioned from building decks, gazebos, and pergolas to creating and producing various handmade crafts and pieces of small furniture, mostly from recycled and repurposed wood pallets. At age 70, it was a necessary move as the wood materials I work with now are so much smaller and lighter for me to use and build my creations. 

I'm learning the tricks of the trade as I attend and participate in more craft shows. I work from my small basement shop and am enjoying the creative moments along with the social interactions with other crafters and creators.
