Hello! Thanks for taking the time to check my shop out : )
So let me tell you a little something about myself. I am 25 yrs. old and have been sewing since I was 9. Sewing has always run in my family and I had the best teacher a gal could ask for, my mom! When I was younger I would make doll clothes for all my dolls and other toys. Then I stopped sewing for a bit until I went to college. We all know how expensive that can be so I needed a way to make extra money. I picked up my sewing skills again and started making handbags and small quilts for people. Then I discovered Etsy and decided I would give it a try! I absolutely LOVE this site!! I have since graduated college and work as a surgical tech during the day, all the while still going with my shop. At night I teach quilting classes at a high school with my mom on top of all this, but this by far is my favorite job : )
Some of the items in my shop were made from my own patterns, and some of them were made using other patterns that I absolutely LOVE! I know how much work goes into designing a pattern, so if it's not my own I will always give the designer credit. My favorite materials to work with are batik fabrics. I love the vivid colors and patterns they have, and I love how they are all hand dyed and stamped. I will do custom orders on almost anything, so if you have something different in mind than what's on my page, message me and we can work something out!
