I've been collecting records for decades and currently manage a collection of over 5,000 LPs. Ultrasonic cleaning has been part of my process for more than eight years. I spend a great deal of time cleaning, listening to, and enjoying records — because great playback takes real effort.
After investing in a Degritter, I was surprised by the high cost of replacement filters. The result: a precision-fit filter that performs like the original, but at a much more sensible price.
RecordScrubs started with that filter, but my goal goes beyond a single product. I want to offer affordable, well-made tools that make this hobby more fun and less frustrating. One example is the Record Valet — a simple, solid platform for handling records during cleaning or swaps.
Everything I sell is something I personally use. I don't do hype, and I'm not chasing margins. These are practical tools for serious collectors — and there are more to come.
