RGF Designs - Cab & Jewelry We cut and polish cabochons from natural stone or fossil material and then wire wrap or set them predominantly in silver. Pendants are the usual form created, but sometimes rings, earrings, etc. Loose, unset polished cabochons, as well as excess unpolished preforms cut from stone/fossil slabs, are occasionally made available to other lapidary artists to use as they wish.
