Rabbit Ear Jewelry, Albuquerque, NM
I am a native New Mexican, born in northeastern New Mexico. I took the Rabbit Ear Jewelry name from a mountain just north of my home town of Clayton named after a Commanche Chief named Chief Rabbit Ear. I design Southwest, Early Spanish Colonial, and Contemporary Jewelry in gold, sterling silver, copper, and brass. I have been making jewelry since 1990. I like to design my jewelry using jewelry stamps and I use may kinds of stones. I sell jewelry at the Desert Corn Gallery in Old Town in Albuquerque. I have sold jewelry at the National Hispanic Cultural Center in Albuquerque and at The Martinez Hacienda in Taos. I have also sold jewelry at various Indian Pueblos during their feast days.
