Richard Lee Wilson & Steamroller Boogie is a blues/rock trio in the vein of Stevie Ray Vaughan & Double Trouble, Jimi Hendrix, Robin Trower etc.
Doing sets not only of there own interpretation of copy material but also original material, in a musical vein of Texas Roadhouse rockin blues and rock. the band has traveled extensively logging several thousand of miles doing regional shows throughout Missouri, Arkansas, Kansas, Texas etc., gaining mass appeal along a very hard travelled road. headlining or performing festival shows for years:

Along with playing Guitar/vocals, for the Missouri regional band "Smooth Down Under" this band has been together 2 1/2 years and has travelled extensively through several states, nearly booked every week of the year.
Perhaps the most unique aspect of Richard is his blazing speed and subtleties combined at the same time, although a self proclaimed bluesman, Richard has always been on the progressive side of the blues, always trying to stretch what people think are the blues.
