Hello, let me introduce myself. I have been an author and written poetry. I love to look at something old and or interesting and I can see something different. I have been a general contractor and see how much waste goes out after a construction job. I love going to antique stores and thinking what could I make from that. I decided when I retired from doing the hard work to do something for myself that I enjoyed. I have picked up doing acrylic pour painting, working with epoxy since I worked with that during my carrer. I also love wood so I try to incorporate wood and the industrial look. By taking something made from metal and purpose it into something different. Like an old newspaper trolly into a rolling book shelf, making a coffee table out of a barrel dolly. Even taking old tractor seats and making stools out of them. Along with new beer caddies and growlier caddies, wine caddies etc. I take and make wine stoppers from resin and decrotive light switch covers from resin. I am a disabled vet and try to incorporate patriotic themes in my work wood flags etc. If it seems possible I will try to make it. I used to love doing room make overs with new cupboards and new countertops to create a new look. Thats where I decided to try to create new things from something old or unique.. If you like my work that is great, if you buy something I have created even better but my heart is happy creating.
