The Rolla Towers Resident Council is a registered non-profit organization run by and for the residents of Rolla Towers. The funds raised enable us to provide Holiday dinners and Events for those who live at the Rolla Towers. The Towers is a residential apartment building for the elderly, disabled and low-income.
