Rolling Smokes BBQ &Catering is a 27' mobile food trailer and a 10' trailer. We have a full menu. Our menu includes pulled pork, brisket, chicken, links, ribs, and ham. We also serve homemade baked beans, potato salad, smoked corn, Mac & Cheese with or without meat, stuffed potatoes and brisket tacos.
