Food vendor for Japanese food,includes sushi,hibachi,tempura and udon noodles.Worked for benehana as head chef 15 yrs.(Ohio)past exxperienced includes pastry chef at cruise lines moved to Ohio start at The Samurai,Otani,Sakura,Akira,Hibachi of Japan,Hibachi steak house and Benehana.I moved to las vegas was hires at Mirage (Mikado)but after 6 months restaurant closed down.was hired at Osaka and part time at Sushi Fever.
