Our Annual Rotary Arts & Crafts Festival is held at Hillcrest Park in conjunction with the Desert Cruzer's Run to Hillcrest Car Show in Clovis, NM the first Saturday in September every year. We welcome all artists, crafters, small business, organizations and food vendors. The event draws in excess of 3,000 visitors.
