We are a mobile BBQ concession for events and catering. Our goal is to produce good quality and unique tasting barbeque that everyone will love to eat. Our specialty is Santa Maria style Tri-Tip. We have achieved this with our oak fired open grill, cooking technique, good quality meat, and seasoning.
