Rusted Phoenix Up-Cycled Metal Art was created when Antique dealer, Lauri Mahaney-Crepeau, wanted to find a use for some of the materials she was encountering in her Antiques sales. With her "creative" family background, and interest in using a plasma cutter, she began making hand-created metal art from recycled materials. She uses oil drum, corrugated barn roof, silver plate trays, saw blades, hand saws, and any other materials, including bamboo and barn wood, paints, and nail polish, to make one-of-a-kind creations. She creates inspirational sayings, phrases, and words; along with animals, tropical scenes, etc. for display on your wall or shelf.
