Ruthie's Daughters was started as a soul food vending business, but quickly changed to healthier food choices to honor our mom who died of kidney failure, high blood pressure, diabetes, amputations, blindness, etc; all caused by eating foods high in sugar and fats. We now promote healthy eating by making tasty food choices that are healthy - No GMOs, no meat, but tastes like meat, veggies, salads, burgers all that are non-meat, gluten or soy laden.
