BabyAngelFaces
BabyAngelFaces began in January 2011. The name was inspired by the pet name I give my daughter, I call her my angel face. The items are all handmade by me.
In 2006 I purchase my first sewing machine and taught myself how to sew. I figured out how to thread the machine by looking through the manual a couple of times. My first project was a bed for our new puppy. I bought a basket, standard pillow, hot pink fleece and cheetah print fabric. I made a pillow cover with the cheetah print and the cheetah was also the border for the hot pink fleece. I made a basket cover with the fleece with the cheetah border and then threaded black satin ribbon through the border to to tie tightly around the basket. The last part was a blanket with the fleece and cheetah border and then it was completed. I may have made mistakes, but for my first time, it was perfect.
Since 2006, I have found a love for sewing and creating. I have made Christmas stockings, blankets, car seat covers, bibs and burp cloths. I also love to crochet and with that I have made baby/adult hats and scarves.
My love of creating started with my mom and the fun little projects we did when I was a kid. Now, I hope to turn my love into a business.
