Sandra Wasson, Citrus Heights, CA

Born and raised in Northern California. I was first introduced to sewing through 4-H. I participated in local, state and national clothing competitions. It was a lot of fun and I gained confidence while doing so. I have sewn most of my adult life and about 9 years ago I took up quilting; my great passion. After joining a local quilt guild I met many wonderful women and men that quilt. They are incredibly talented and I feel blessed to call them my friends.

Some years back I became interested in the mechanics of how handbags were made. It's been a journey. Some of my earlier projects were let's just say 'sad'. But through it all I've learned and will continue to learn and bring the best I have sewn to you.

The name Clary Designs originates from my family as Clary is my maiden name.
