I have been doing arts and crafts of one sort or another for the past 25 years.I started out doing loomwork with seed beads. Making all sorts of nifty items like headbands, belts and beaded barrettes. As time went on I discovered decoupage and became obsessed with wooden boxes and all the things you could do to them.
Later on I dabbled with tole painting, chainmaille, and leatherwork which came in handy when I was teaching at a summer camp. And now I am mainly focusing on jewelry design. But I still do other crafts especially around the holidays.
Blue Griffon Creations started in the spring of 2000 as an outlet to bring to the masses a love and understanding of all things medieval and renaissance. But as I looked around I saw that my wares were better suited for the Ren Faire. So I changed my focus and and Silver Griffon Designs was born
