I create unusual scarves that make an otherwise plain outfit into one with pizazz! Most women like a bit of bling and my Fringee scarves will satisfy that need for sparkle. Fringees are the longest of my scarves and can be worn in several ways. Neck Flutters also are sparkly, but are a shorter scarf that's approximately 2 feet long. They are finished with pretty beads and a magnetic clasp to make it easy on and easy off. Fringee Tails are similar to the Fringee, but they are wrapped on an elastic for the hair.
