Scottie's was founded in 2022 by Patricia Johnson, a native of Phenix City, Alabama. Patricia is a Nurse Practitioner by day, and cook/caterer by night. With a dream of "cooking for the world to enjoy," Patricia is ready to pursue this dream full time.
“ I grew up around a bunch of talented women where I learned to cook soul food. The kitchen was where music, passion, laughter and soul transformed our foods into great tasting dishes all the while serving family and friends. My father Frank, nicknamed Scottie, shared a beautiful spirit when we gathered around for food, which included listenings to good music of all genres, good drinks, laughter and a passion to spread love through our soul food. With 5 years of experience in the fast food industry, coupled with 30 years of cooking & preparing meals, I have carried the same spirit and energy with me while cooking & serving others.
