Seafood by Steve is a food vendor providing chef quality seafood favorites'. From clam chowder to crab cakes to lobster rolls, we keep the menu fresh, local, and seasonal depending on the event we attend. Chef Steven Pasternak is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, and personally attends and creates all the menu items.
