Seth Guzovsky Ceramics, Floyd, VA

I am a functional potter working in Floyd, VA.  Formalism, Surface, line quality and utility are important in designing my domestic objects on the pottery wheel.  My work helps personalize and highlight the domestic setting with warm to bright colors that many can relate to.  The surface of my work includes; incised geometric line decorations, folk influenced slip trailing and well thrown ceramic forms.
