Shake Shack, Rothsay, MN
I sell shakes and malts made with soft serve vanilla ice cream and a choice of over 17 toppings. A person can mix and match two or three flavors to make the choices endless. I use real products and not just syrups. For instance, we use actual peanut butter, real bananas, hot fudge, chunky pie fillings, etc. Some of the many flavors we offer are strawberry, chocolate, hot fudge, peanut butter, marshmallow, raspberry, blueberry, peach, mint, and oreo cookie. My shack is a trailer that is 10 ft wide and 22 feet long and requires 50 amp electricity to run it.
